We value our crew and prioritize their safety above all else. We conduct crew surveys every six months to gather feedback and take swift action to address any concerns. Our commitment to safety is reflected in our 2023 OSHA incident rate of 0.52, which is well below industry benchmarks. In fact, workplace safety was one of the top reasons our crew chose to work with us, according to the 2024 Crew Survey.
